Armando Cavero is the Managing Partner of Peru, with more than 20 years of experience in the Executive Search practice. Throughout his professional career, he has held important positions in several Fortune 500 multinational corporations, in positions such as Solutions Vice President for Latin America at AT&T G.I.S., Oracle and Compaq.

Our Partner Guillermo van Oordt, prior to joining our firm, was a Partner in another international executive recruitment firm and Executive Director of Corporate Governance and Sustainability at EY Peru. He served as CEO and partner of Macro Wealth Management, Multi-Family Office of the Macorconsult Group. He was also Sales and Investment Manager of Citigold Wealth Management at Citibank del Perú and Senior Business Executive at Interbank Private Banking of the Intercorp Group.
